About ScreenLeX
A safer way to prepare screenshots for sharing
ScreenLeX is a native macOS screenshot app for people who need to hide sensitive information, turn raw captures into polished visuals, and translate text inside an image before sharing it.

Privacy before polish
Redaction detection and masking run on your Mac before a screenshot is copied, exported, or shared. Beautification and export do not require uploading the image to ScreenLeX servers. Translation behavior depends on the backend you select, so we document local, hosted, and third-party options separately.

ScreenLeX is currently in early access. Release notes document the version, build, release date, improvements, and fixes so product claims can be checked against the current software rather than a static marketing statement.

ScreenLeX guides explain the complete workflow, including built-in macOS options, practical limitations, and alternatives. Comparison pages identify where ScreenLeX is a fit and where another product may be the better choice. Articles show their publication and update dates so time-sensitive claims are easier to evaluate.
